Transitional Housing is a 2-year supportive housing program that provides clients with the skills/resources to obtain their own positive housing upon program exit. We offer both place-based and scattered-site housing. Participants must be literally homeless or at risk of being homeless. The head of household for these programs must be a single mother with at least one child under 18. These programs are funded by HUD and operate in Oakland County.
