Permanent Supportive Housing is a client choice, scattered site housing subsidy program that provides intensive case management to clients. Participants must be literally homeless at time of application, have a documented long-term disability, and a history of long-term homelessness to qualify for this housing program. This program is funded by HUD and operates in Oakland County.
