Centers for Working Families

Centers for Working Families is an opt-in program offered to those in Follow Up Care and those living in the Pontiac community. Centers for Working Families provides economic and employment case management services to give clients the skills and resources necessary to increase their economic stability.
Follow-Up Care

Follow-Up Care is a 12-month case management service offered to those who exit a Lighthouse housing or shelter program into positive housing. Follow Up Care case managers follow clients through their first year of housing to provide support and resources to ensure that clients are able to maintain their housing.
Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing is a client choice, scattered site housing subsidy program that provides intensive case management to clients.
