On Monday, he led Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on tours of the Lighthouse food warehouse and a temporary shelter for people. Despite the waning pandemic, he said, Lighthouse still has a waiting list for people who need help. One pilot program, he said, pairs a stable family with a family in need, to work with them directly on housing and jobs.

Five Years Later, COVID-19 Need Remains
Five years ago this month, the COVID-19 pandemic dramatically changed how Lighthouse provides services to the most vulnerable members of our community. Faced with the
