Eviction Prevention & Housing Stability
We're here to help you stay in your home.
Preventing evictions protects families and single households from the traumas of experiencing homelessness and aids them in more swiftly regaining stability.
We are excited to announce a free clinic on housing services for tenants and landlords, happening both in-person and virtually. The clinics will feature mediation, legal advice, information on programs and resources, and more. Learn more in the flyer below.

Assistance Programs

In partnership with Community Housing Network, Lighthouse wants to assist households on the brink of eviction. All those interested in eviction prevention programs must call the Housing Resource Center at Community Housing Network to be screened for program eligibility. Your responses will guide the screening process to recommend options connecting you to the programs and resources to address housing needs. Each program has its own eligibility requirements, which is why callers receive a screening. The HRC specialists will figure out all options and connect you to the right programs and resources based on eligibility and circumstance.
Contact: HRC at 248-269-1335 or (toll-free) 1-866-282-3119, or email HRC@chninc.net.
